Well folks, Thanks to a helpful person on this Forum who sent me a link to the version 14 x64 driver Delk was all set to try a second time to upgrade to Win Monday, November 9, 9: It worked before with Windows 7.
In reply to Range16’s post on August 3, I loaded driver broacdom Previous 1 2 3 4 5 Next. I opened Network and let it complete so my other computer was visible and I could browse it.

I also tried the same tests, but this time I was connected through the Wireless interface and surprisingly the bandwidth went back to the levels I’m used to!

I’ll disable everything via msconfig and do a normal boot and see if the problem still occurs. Upgraded to Win 10 a second time. Hence, we usually can test the issue in Safe Mode with Networking to eliminate the cause.
Starting with the most recent driver listed and going backwards I began the process of elimination until I found one that worked.
